Glen D. Faulk, 76, of Worthington, passed away at 8:40 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2010 at Morgantown Health Care Inn in Morgantown.
He was born Nov. 12, 1933 in Indianapolis to Clovis and Florence M. (Davis) Faulk.
He retired from Utilities District of Western Indiana REMC in 1995 after 37 years of service. He was a member of the Worthington Christian Church, Worthington Masonic Lodge and was a U.S. Army veteran.
Glen is survived by his wife, Barbara (Calvert) Faulk; a daughter Cheryl (Jack) Kennett of Jasonville; two sons, J.D. (Mary Lou) Faulk of Worthington and Jeremiah (Jamie) Faulk of Clay City; five grandchildren, Casey, Cody, Randi Jo, Brylee and Jackie (Mark); great-grandchildren, Marki and Brier; one sister, Carol (Kenny) Weathers of Worthington.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 19 at Worthington Cemetery.
Memorials may be given to 4-H Clubs of Greene County, Inc.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Welch and Cornett Funeral Home, Worthington Chapel.
