Born April 11, 1950 in South Bend, she was the daughter of Ronald and Phyllis (Lavender) Fraser.
She worked for Cook, Inc. in Bloomington in production. She was a member of the Fairview United Methodist Church and a 1968 graduate from Bloomington High School.
Surviving relatives include: her husband, John R. Pegg whom she married July of 1999; one daughter, Darcy Patterson of Goose Creek, South Carolina; her step children, Melissa Frye of Lyons, John David Pegg and Jason Pegg both of Bloomfield; her parents, Ronald and Phyllis Fraser of Bloomington; brothers and sisters, Tom Alwine (Evelyn) of Bloomington, Tim Alwine (Susie) of Flora, Jill Alwine and Jeff Alwine (Donna) all of Bloomington; her grandchildren, Miya Patterson, Olivia Frye, Owen Frye, Austin Pegg, Oscar Pegg and Annie Pegg; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Adrian, her maternal grandparents, Tom and Ruth Lavender, paternal grandparents, Albert and Elizabeth Fraser and Aunts, Linda Trout and Marian Wood.
Funeral service will be conducted 10 a.m. on Monday, March 1 at Jenkins & Sons Funeral Home in Bloomfield, with the Rev. Curt Hurley officiating.
Interment will be at a later date in Walnut Grove cemetery.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, and one hour prior to service Monday at the funeral home.
The family asks that all memorial contributions be made to the Fairview United Methodist Church or the Greene County Humane Society.
