The Linton Police Department's activity log for Friday through Sunday included one incident of breaking and entering, one illegal burn, three follow-up investigations, one juvenile-delinquent, three assists to the utility department after hours, one vandalism, one custody dispute/exchange, two accidents with personal injury, three accidents with property damage, one funeral escort, three medical/illness, one animal complaint, one prowler, one suspicious vehicle/person, two assists to other agencies, one harassment complaint, one domestic battery, one trafifc control, one extra patrol, seven thefts-other, one welfare check/concern, one domestic dispute, one community relations, two ordinance violations and 32 traffic stops.
* May 14 -- A resident reported the theft of a satellite radio out of his vehicle that was parked in front of his residence. The dash was pulled out and the dome light was taken out. The theft occurred sometime after 9:15 p.m. on May 13 but before 7:10 a.m. on May 14.
Another resident in close proximity reported the theft of about $200 worth of CDs out of a vehicle. The theft occurred sometime after 8 p.m. on May 13 but before 4 p.m. on May 14.
LPD Officer Debbie McDonald was the investigating officer in both cases.
