* June 3 -- A Dugger man reported an incident of battery and criminal mischief occurred when he was at the Party Center liquor store at approximately 9 p.m. He said he was approached by another man who proceeded to head butt him in the face then hit him a second time. He also allegedly kicked the door on the driver's side of his vehicle. The case remains under investigation. LPD Cpl. Paul Clark is the investigating officer.
