Hazel Keller, 72, of Jasonville, passed away at 10:20 p.m. Friday, June 11, 2010, at The Waters of Scottsburg rehabilitation facility in Scottsburg.
She was born in Jasonville on March 24, 1938, to Norval "Fred" Keller and Alice Irene (Sibert) Keller.
She was a member of Jasonville Assembly of God Church. She especially enjoyed her beautiful African Violets, watching and feeding birds, her family and playing Bingo.
Hazel is survived by her nephews, Robert Collins and wife Jacqueline of Terre Haute and William Collins and wife Vicky of Indianapolis; niece, Joan Vickers and husband Brian of Rockfalls, IL; great-nieces, Shanna Collins of Terre Haute, Heather Collins of Dugger, Brittany Collins of Dugger, and Jordyn Vickers of Rockfalls, IL; and great-nephews, Braxton Collins of Terre Haute and Austin Vickers of Rockfalls, IL. She is also survived by Darlene "Dee" Pirtle, a close family friend and mother of great-nieces Heather and Brittany.
Graveside services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday, June 18, at Lebanon Cemetery, Midland with Pastor Sam Bush officiating.
McClanahan-Lee Funeral Home of Jasonville assisted the family in making arrangements.
