She was born in Owen County on Nov. 12, 1944, the daughter of Leroy and Edna Ruth (Wallace) Bault.
She retired from the Environmental Protective Agency for the State of Indiana. She was a member of the First Apostolic Church of Worthington where she was the head of the Ladies Auxiliary for several years.
She is survived by her husband, Ben Inman of Switz City; a daughter, Dawn E. Inman of Brewton, Ala.; a son, Shawn P. Inman of Worthington; three brothers, Roy F. Bault of Greencastle, Paul F. Bault of Freedom, and David E. Bault of Cataract; two sisters, Esther J. Belcher of Dade City, FL and Christene S. Hinton of Patricksburg; a step-sister, Bonnie Dell of Vancouver, Canada; and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a step-mother, Betty Bault; two brothers, Thomas Lee and Jearl K. Bault; and a sister, Ruth A. Cornell.
Funeral Service will be at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home in Linton at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 22, with Pastors Tommy Shields, Rick French and Donnie Bault officiating. Burial will follow at Switz City Cemetery in Switz City.
Visitation will be at the funeral home Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m., and Wednesday from 12:30 p.m. until the time of service.
