ACTIVITY LOG

* Feb. 8 -- No injuries were reported but a vehicle was damaged and not driveable after a collision with a deer.

Charles Robison, 35, Linton, was operating a 2005 GMC Sierra westbound on State Road 59 west of County Road 200S when the accident occurred at 6:25 a.m.

Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Terry Wade responded and said Robison was traveling through a curve when several deer entered the roadway in front of the vehicle. He was unable to avoid a collision and struck one of the deer which caused front end damage.

* Feb. 8 -- No injuries were reported but a vehicle was damaged in a collision with a deer.

Robert Starnes, 40, Lyons, was operating a 1995 Ford Mustang northbound on State Road 59 north of County Road 545N when the accident occurred at 7:15 a.m.

Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Terry Wade responded and said several deer entered the roadway in front of the vehicle and Starnes was unable to avoid a collision with one deer. His vehicle sustained damage to the driver's side front fender and door but it was able to be driven from the scene.

JAIL LOG

* Feb. 8 -- Matthew G. Lewallen, 36, Bloomington, was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear. He was being held without bond. greene County Sheriff's Reserve Deputy Jeffery Payton was the arresting officer.

* Feb. 8 -- Barbra K. Zeeb, 43, Linton, was arrested on preliminary charges of manufacturing methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine and was being held without bond. Linton Police Officer Nick Yingling was the arresting officer.

* Feb. 8 -- Steven M. Fougerousse, 32, Switz City, was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke and was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Leon Dunigan was the arresting officer.

* Feb. 8 -- Paul E. Weathers, 52, Linton, was arrested on preliminary charges of manufacturing methamphetamine within 1000 feet of a youth program facility and possession of methamphetamine within 1000 feet of a youth program facility. He was being held without bond. Linton Police Reserve Officer Randy Raney was the arresting officer.
