Rob was born on July 2, 1960 in Bloomington. After graduating from Bloomfield High School, Rob attended Purdue University where he was a proud member of Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. After graduating in 1982, he began his career in Phoenix, Ariz., with Motorola and continued in the semi-conductor business for 29 years. Upon his death, Rob was the Vice-President of Worldwide Sales for Zoran Corporation.
In 1983, Rob married Jennifer Mack and they began their 27 year adventure together. From Orlando to Morgan Hill to Scottsdale to Plano, they were blessed with countless friends. Rob never met a stranger and was always gracious to all he met.
Throughout his life, his greatest joys were his wife, daughters, family and friends. He loved all sports, especially the Oklahoma State Cowboys and the University of Connecticut Huskies. Yet Rob was always a "home team man."
He is survived by his wife, Jennifer, his daughters Taylor, 22 and Jordan, 20, his parents, Robert and Nancy of Bloomfield, and his sisters Dawn Rabon and Desiree Kirk of Austin, Texas.
Service will be held at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 5100 Plano Parkway West, Plano, Texas on Friday, Feb. 25th at 10:30 am. In lieu of flowers, Rob would want you to make a donation to a charity of your choice.
