Wilma Grace Hayman, 73, of Worthington, went to be with her Lord and Savior at 12:55 a.m. Wednesday, March 2, 2011 at IU Health Center Bloomington Hospital in Bloomington.

Grace was born Oct. 15, 1937 in rural Worthington to James Flanders and Mary (Bechtel) Buskirk

She was a homemaker and worked at Johnny's Onion Ring Factory in Worthington for several years. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. She loved her garden, reading, fishing, her dogs and listening to Elvis.

She is survived by one son, Danny (Ruthie) French, Worthington; two grandchildren, Courtney and Josh French, Worthington; brother, Floyd (Sue) Buskirk, Jasonville; sister-in law, Mary Buskirk, Jasonville and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Paul Hayman, one brother, Gilbert "Gib" Buskirk, three sisters, Barbara Martin, Hilda Fulk and Susan Buskirk.

Funeral service Welch & Cornett Funeral Home in Linton, noon Saturday, March 5, with Pastor David Ball officiating. Pastor Doug and Jenny Cassel will be singing.

Friends may call at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home in Worthington 4- 8 p.m. Friday, and at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home in Linton after 10 a.m. Saturday.

Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, with Bro. Jim Ramey officiating.
