The Linton Police Department's activity log for Monday included one incident of breaking and entering, one title check, one follow-up investigation, one request for information, two assists to the utility department after hours, one incident of vandalism, one drug investigation, one accident with property damage, one funeral escort, one lost and found, four medical/illness, two complaints about animals, one suspicious vehicle and/or person, one extra patrol, one message delivery, one arrest-wanted on warrant, one domestic dispute, one recovered vehicle or property and one community relations detail.
* March 14 -- Lannan Auto located on State Road 54W reported an incident of criminal mischief involving vandalism to vehicles on their lot. The glass was damaged on several vehicles and appeared to have been shot out with a BB gun. The damage occurred at an unknown time on March 13-14. The case remains active. LPD Officer Karl Jacobshagen is the investigating officer.
