* March 17 -- A woman called police about a trespassing incident. She told officers a 25-year-old male was knocking on a south window of her residence in NW Linton. When she asked what he was doing, he told her he wanted to speak to her 17-year-old daughter. He was asked to leave several times then complied prior to the arrival of officers. The police report said it appeared he had placed two spare tires under the window in a possible attempt to enter the residence. LPD Cpl. Chad Crynes was the investigating officer and Officer Thomas A. Jerrels also responded to the call.
