*Brandee R. Mumma, 36, Linton was arrested by Greene County Sheriff's Deputy John Fowler on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of battery resulting in bodily injury. No bond set pending a court appearance.
*Larry C. Duncan, 45, Morgantown, was arrested on a body attachment for contempt of court on a child support case. Bond set at $1,400.
*Dave W. Thompson, 56, Route 3, Linton, was arrested by Bloomfield Deputy Marshal Harvey Holt one preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and on a warrant for petititon to revoke probation. No bond set, pending a court appearance.
The Linton Police Department's activity log for Thursday included: one fraud case, two personal injury traffic accidents, one property damage traffic accident, in the theft case, one ordinance violation, on truancy case and two traffic stops.
*April 21 - LPD officer Nick Yingling investigated a theft case. Katie L. Pounds, of Terre Haute, reported that her wallet was taken from her car in the parking lot of the Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant on State Road 54 in Linton. She told police that she has a large order and carried out several bags to her car and she had to go back inside to pick up the remainder of her order. She left her car door open when she went back inside of the restaurant. When she returned to her car, she noticed her wallet was missing. The wallet contained $50 in cash.
