* May 19 -- The LPD investigated a continuous harassment case reported by Shawna Cook, 31, 280 6th Street NW. According to the police report, Ashley Ball Callahan, 28, drove down 6th Street at a high rate of speed and was yelling. Cook yelled at her to slow down because there were children in the area. Callahan then flipped her off, and sped away. LPD Officer Debbie McDonald was the investigating officer.
