She was born April 13, 1917 Switz City to Walter and Catherine (Frye) Tennant.
Evelyn was a homemaker and formerly worked in Noel's Grocery in Worthington.
She was a member of Worthington First Baptist Church, Worthington Senior Citizens, and loved to play bridge with her friends.
She is survived by two sons, Malcolm "Macky" (Vicki) Stahl, Worthington; Ronnie Stahl, Worthington; four grandchildren, Jeff (Debbie) Stahl, Greg Stahl, Jacqueline (Mike) Chaney and Andrea (Andy) Fuller; two great grandchildren, Dustin Stahl and Megan (Trent) Stahl-Stogsdill; one great great granddaughter, Sage Olivia Stahl.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Lloyd Ray Stahl on May 11, 1993; one brother Malcolm Tannant and two half-sisters, Mary Alice Scales and Jean Powell.
Funeral services will be conducted at Welch and Cornett Funeral Home in Worthington, 2 p.m. Monday, May 23, with Rev. Bill Beckelheimer officiating.
Friends may call at Welch and Cornett from 11a.m. Monday until time of service.
Burial will be in Worthington Cemetery.
