Jordan Hugh Johnson, 18, passed away at 5:20 pm Tuesday, June 7, 2011 in Lincoln City, Ore., due to injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.

He was born May 20, 1993 in Washington, IN, the son of Todd Johnson and Jillene (Stafford) Johnson.

Jordan had attended White River Valley Junior-High School, and was currently a student at Taft High School in Lincoln City, Ore. He was very active and loved the outdoors. His happiest moments were spent with his brother Gareth and his close friends mudding and four wheeling. He had a kind heart and it showed when he was around anyone, but especially kids. He always made time to play with his nieces and nephews. He was very special to everyone who got the chance to meet him.

He is survived by his parents; his brothers, Gareth Johnson and Ben Helms; his sister, Madison Johnson; grandparents, Larry and Sylvia Stafford and Bonita Gaither; uncles, Rich, Tim and Jack Johnson and Grant Stafford; aunts, Sarah Browning and Jill Price; extended family, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and close family in Oregon.

He was preceded in death by grandparents, Dwight and Elaine Johnson; and an uncle, Brent Stafford.

Services will be at Aikman Creek Church in Washington at 12:30 p.m. Thursday, June 16. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.

Visitation will be at the church from 11 a.m. until the time of service.
