Rose, of Jasonville, and ran a records check. Rose was found to be wanted on Petition to Revoke from Daviess County on a suspended sentence on an original charge of dealing in a Schedule III controlled substance -- a class B felony. He was arrested and taken to Elnora, where he was picked up by Daviess County authorities.
* June 15 -- The LPD investigated a theft case reported by Landis Equipment and Tool Rental. A suspect came into the Linton store and wanted to rent three pieces of scaffolding. When store officials tried to contact the suspect by telephone, they learned that service had been disconnected.
