Born October 10, 1924, she was the daughter of John and Daisy (Crockett) Cox of Solsberry.
She married Weldon McIntosh of Bloomfield and was a homemaker and a member of Tulip Church of God.
Surviving relatives include: her children, Larry (Joyce) McIntosh of Bloomington, Roger, David and Steven McIntosh of Bloomfield, and Donna (Tony) Kluesner of Linton; three brothers, Russell Cox of Solsberry, Ted (Norma) Cox of Bloomfield and Dexter Cox of Solsberry; grandchildren, Larry Scott McIntosh and Eric (Kitty) McIntosh of Bloomington, Lori (Bart) Wade of Linton, Sara McIntosh of Bloomfield, and Jared Kluesner of San Diego, California; great-grandchildren, Amanda, Matt and Stephanie McIntosh of Bloomington, Drew and Ben Wade of Linton, and Adalyn Figg of Bloomfield along with several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Weldon McIntosh in 1991, two sisters, Eva Chaney and Anna Watkins, and two brothers, Ralph and Dwight Cox and her parents.
Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Thursday, July 14, at the Tulip Church of God in rural Bloomfield. Interment will follow in Grandview cemetery in Bloomfield.
Public visitation will be Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Tulip Church of God and one-hour prior to service Thursday also at the church. Jenkins & Sons Funeral Home in Bloomfield is in charge of arrangements.
The family requests that all memorial contributions be made to the Tulip Church of God.
