GREENE COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT JAIL LOG

* Oct. 14 -- Chad Bays, 38, of Route 6, Bloomfield, was arrested by the Greene County Sheriff's Department on a preliminary charge of being an habitual traffic violator. Bond set at $4,000.

* Oct. 13 -- Duane A. Goodman, 25, of Linton, was arrested by the Greene County Drug Task Force on preliminary charges of maintaining a common nuisance; possession of marijuana. Bond set at $8,000.

* Oct 13 -- Joshua L. Roach, 29, of Lyons, was arrested by the Greene County Sheriff's Department on preliminary charges of domestic battery with a previous conviction; domestic battery; domestic battery committed in presence of a child under the age of 16. Bond set at $8,000.

* Oct. 13 -- William D. Harper, 26, of Springville, was arrested by the Greene County Sheriff's Department on a warrant charging him with burglary and theft. Bond set at $14,000.
