LINTON POLICE DEPARTMENT ACTIVITY LOG

The Linton Police Department log for Dec. 15 included: One harassment complaint; one extra patrol; one disabled/stranded vehicle; and two traffic stops.

* Dec. 15 -- LPD officer Michael Watts observed a vehicle with no rear license plates and conducted a traffic stop on H Street NE at 11:17 p.m. The driver, Timothy W. Bailey, 32, of Jasonville, was found to be driving while suspended with a prior conviction. He was arrested and charged with driving while suspended with a prior conviction, a class D felony. He was released after posting $1,000 bond. Assisting with the arrest was LPD officer Debbie McDonald-Miller.
