Alice G. (Erdman) Campbell, 86, of Bloomfield, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2012 at her residence.
Born May 9, 1925 in Ogema, WI, she was the daughter of Adolph L. and Elvina (Tesh) Erdman.
Alice was a homemaker, loved being with her family and helping her husband Charles on the farm. She was a member of the Lifeway Baptist Church in Ellettsville.
Surviving relatives include her five daughters, Mary (Bob) Henrichsen of Elnora, Susie Hobson of Bloomington, Rebecca (Curt) Vandeventer of Bloomfield, Patty (Roger) Sherrard of Bloomfield and Debbi (Kirk) Allor of Bloomfield. She has 14 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren; two sisters, Ann Schancer and Emma Johns both of Wisconsin; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles A. Campbell on March 25, 2000; one daughter, Nancy Walker; two brothers, Verner Erdman and Albert Erdman; two sisters Erna Nelson and Elsie Toon; and her parents.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 P.M. on Friday and 10 A.M. Saturday until the hour of service at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield.
Service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Rev. Kevin Albert officiating. Burial will follow at Walnut Grove Cemetery in rural Bloomfield.
The family wishes any donations be made to Southern Care Hospice in care of Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield.
