Hazel F. Noble, 98, of Bloomfield passed away Friday Jan. 27, 2012 at Glenburn Home in Linton.
Born April 29, 1913 in Bloomfield, she was the daughter of Otto and Mary Jane (Dennis) Holmes.
Hazel worked for Pielemeier's Drug Store for 25 years, she was retired. She attended the Switz City Christian Church.
Surviving relatives include her four nephews; Dr. Robert Decker, Jerry Holmes, Scott Holmes, John Wesley Noble, two nieces; Kathryn Lovgen and Betty Riley; as well as several great nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her husband Earl T. Noble on May 22, 1991, one sister; Ilene Holmes Wible, one brother; Robert Russell Holmes, one nephew Kenny Holmes and her parents.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. Tuesday until the hour of service at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield.
Service will be at 11 a.m. on Tuesday at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Rev. Chris Gehring officiating. Burial will follow at Grandview Cemetery in Bloomfield.
The family wishes any donations be made to the Greene County Animal Shelter in care of Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield.
