GREENE COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT JAIL LOG

* March 16 -- Francis J. Swaby, Jr., 69, of Sandborn, was arrested by the Linton Police Department on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond set at $4,000.

* March 15 -- Ryan M. Lawrence, 29, of Ellettsville, was arrested by the Greene County Sheriff's Department on a warrant-petition to revoke suspended sentence on possession of paraphernalia charge. No bond set pending a court appearance.

* March 15 -- Tabitha M. Burch, 23, of Bloomfield, was arrested by the Greene County Sheriff's Department on a warrant -- petition to revoke a suspended sentence for a theft conviction. No bond set pending a court appearance.

* March 15 -- Andrew J. Campbell, 28, of rural Linton, was arrested by the Greene County Sheriff's Department on a warrant charging him with theft. Bond set at $4,000.

* March 15 -- Holly Baker, 38, of Linton, was arrested by the Linton Police Department on a preliminary charge of trespassing. Bond set at $1,000.

* March 15 -- Kelley L. Thompson, 42, of Merom, was arrested by the Linton Police Department on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Released after posting $4,000 bond. Court date set for 8:30 a.m. on March 23.

* March 15 -- Clayton Moore, 29, of Sullivan, was arrested by the Greene County Sheriff's Department on a warrant charging him with possession of two or more chemical reagents/precursors with intent to manufacture methamphetmine near a family housing complex. No bond set pending a court appearance.

* March 15 -- Timothy L. Greene, 37, of London, Ky., was arrested by the Greene County Sheriff's Department on a warrant charging him with theft. Bond set at $10,000.

LINTON POLICE DEPARTMENT ACTIVITY LOG

The Linton Police Department log for March 15 included: Two trespassing cases; one refusal to leave; one disorderly conduct case; three personal injury traffic accidents; one property damage traffic accident; one burglary case; one motor vehicle theft; one domestic dispute; one domestic disturbance with a neighbor; and five traffic stops.

* March 15 -- Holly Baker, 38, of Linton, was arrested by the LPD on a preliminary charge of trespassing. Bond was set at $1,000. Baker allegedly was told by LPD officers at two different times on Thursday to leave the Kathryan Goodson residence on A Street NE in Linton and not return. She returned less than a half hour later and was allegedly throwing items in the drive way and running over them with her car.
