Opal Hugunin Davidson, 96, died March 21, 2012 in Williamsburg, IA.
She was born in Daviess County, IN to Ernest and Elma Dowden Hugunin. She was one of 10 children. Her sisters Mae Stuffle of Loogootee, IN and Helen Boling Largo, FL are among her survivors. She is survived by her sons, Ernest Davidson and wife Reba of Seattle, WA and Paul Davidson and wife Yuk Sum Chung of Williamsburg, IA, nine grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
She graduated from Odon High School in 1933. She married Roy Davidson in 1935. After his death in 1963 she moved to Seattle, WA. She worked for Safeco Insurance until her retirement. She loved God, her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, Elbert, James, Thomas and Richard, three sisters, Wilma Hugunin, Mona Snyder and Joyce Merritt.
A memorial service will be April 1 at West Memorial Memmonite Church in Parnell, IA with burial later in Terre Haute.
