Vickie Rae (Thompson) Query, 46, of Bloomfield passed away Monday morning at her home near Bloomfield.
Born Jan. 21, 1966, she was the daughter of the late Roy and Nina (Ringo) Thompson, of Worthington.
She worked at SAIC in Bloomfield for several years and was very active in youth activities in the Bloomfield schools and community. She enjoyed supporting her children and their friends in all of their school activities as well as being an ardent supporter of their athletic pursuits. She was always involved and could be counted on to bring vitality to any project. She will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her loving family; husband, Ted E. Query; sons, Zachariah Adam Query and Elijah Bartholomew Query; daughter, Abigail Marie Query; sisters, Brenda Seibel (Tom) of Bloomington, Rita Abrell of Terre Haute, Sandra Roudebush of Worthington, Terresa Thompson of Spencer; brothers, Rick Jackson of Jasonville, Eric Jackson of Tennessee, Kent (Donna) Thompson of Dana, and Dave (Lacy) Holms of Bloomfield; special in-laws, Marvin and June Query; brothers and sisters in-laws; and many special nieces and nephews who are left to cherish her memory.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday and 10 a.m. Saturday until the hour of service at The Word of Life Fellowship Church East of Bloomfield.
Service will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday at The Word of Life Fellowship Church, 4713 East State Road 54 in Bloomfield with Pastor Eugene Helms officiating.
Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Spencer.
