Anna M. Turley, 90 of Muncie and formerly of Connersville, passed away Friday, Sept. 29, 2012 at Liberty Village Nursing Home, Muncie where she had been a resident for the past four years.
She was born June 19, 1922 in Dugger, IN, one of three children to Louis and Anna Fuzesi. She graduated from Dugger High School in 1942; later that same year, she was married on Oct. 5, 1942 to James Turley of Dugger and they came to Connersville for residence in 1943. Mr. Turley died Oct. 8, 1990.
For more than 36 years, she was employed at Visteon of Connersville.
She was a member of St. Gabriel Church. Along with her husband, she enjoyed attending her family's motorcross racing events throughout the country, shopping at flea markets and traveling with her family.
Survivors include two sons, James L. Turley and companion Susie Mikulski and Bob Turley and wife, Teresa all of Muncie; five grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; a brother, Albert "Bert" Fuzesi of Sarasota, FL. She was also blessed with a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
Beside her husband of 46 years, she was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Louis Fuzesi.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, October 3, 2012 at Miller, Moster, Robbins Funeral Home in Muncie with Reverend Stanley J. Herber officiating. Burial will be in Dale Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 11 a.m. until the time of the service Wednesday.
