LINTON POLICE DEPARTMENT
The Linton Police Department's activity log for Oct. 4 includes: Two trespassing; one refusal to leave; two follow-up investigations; one utility after hours; one criminal mischief; one public intoxication; one fire/structure; four medical/illness; one alarm; one suspicious vehicle/person; two assists to other agencies; one child abuse/molestation/neglect; one reckless driver; one disabled/stranded vehicle; one welfare check/concern; one motor vehicle theft; one arrest on warrant; and six traffic stops.
* The Linton Police Department assisted the Greene County Sheriff's Department in investigating an intoxicated male walking on CR 200N near Sunset Park. Police believed Regonel L. Petoskey, 44, of Linton, was intoxicated and a danger to himself because he was walking down the middle of the roadway shortly after 5 p.m. with cars traveling down the road. Petoskey was taken to the Greene County Jail on a charge of Public Intoxication and is being held on $500 bond.

* Oct. 4 -- Carl W. Poe, 47, of Bloomfield, was arrested by the Greene County Sheriff's Department for failure to appear in court. He was released after posting $500 bond.
* Oct. 4 -- Brandon J. Fulk, 18, of Bloomfield, was arrested by the Greene County Sheriff's Department on a warrant for failure to appear in court on charges of illegal possession of an alcoholic beverage. He was released after posting $5,000 bond.
* Oct. 4 -- Regonal L. Petoskey, 44, of Linton, was arrested by the Linton Police Department on preliminary charges of public intoxication. He is being held on $500 bond.
