Cindy Rumple-Foote, 52 of Worthington, passed away at IU Health Bloomington Hospital on Tuesday, November 13, 2012. She was born in Frankfort, Indiana to Carroll E. and Marilyn (Vest) Walters. She was a 1978 Owen Valley High School graduate and then attended Ivy Tech. Cindy had been with Cook, Inc. for the past 24 years, most recently as a regulatory affairs specialist. She was a member of the Freedom Baptist Church where she had played the piano since she was 14 and served as the VBS director for several years. She also enjoyed reading but the single most important thing in her life was her family.

Cindy is survived by her mother, Marilyn Walters of Worthington; daughters, Sarah Rumple Holt of Switz City and Kristen Rumple of Worthington; grandson, Kane Holt; sister, Julie Walters (Scott) Jones and nieces, Karalyn and Alison Jones of Worthington.

She is preceded in death by her father, Carroll Walters and husband, Jim Foote, who passed away in 2007.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 17, 2012 at West & Parrish & Pedigo Funeral Home in Spencer. Pastors David Freeman and Jeff Flater will officiate. Burial will follow at Cloverdale Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m., Thursday and 9 a.m. until time of service on Saturday.
