A 19-year-old Odon man who was wanted in Sullivan County was located and taken into custody last week by Linton police officers.
Andrew S. Knepp was arrested without incident around 10:30 p.m. on Dec. 28 at the McDonald's Restaurant in Linton.
LPD Officer Jason Wilson, the investigating officer, was assisted by LPD Officer Paul Clark in making the arrest.
The preliminary charges filed Dec. 21 in Sullivan Superior Court against Knepp included two counts of theft, both class D felonies, and one count of criminal mischief, a class B misdemeanor.
The warrant was issued the same day and the LPD received a request to locate the suspect.
Knepp was transported and released to the custody of the Sullivan County Sheriff's Department.
His bond was set at $20,000 with ten percent allowed.
In Greene County, Knepp was charged with misdemeanor criminal trespass in May but entered into a pre-trial diversion program in August.
