She was born on June 16, 1925, in Dugger, the daughter of Richard Johns and Lillias Harrison Johns.
Agnes retired from General Electric in Linton in 1987.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Harris Flath; six brothers, George, James, David, and Robert McCulloch, Harrison and Richard Johns; one sister, Helen Gilham; and one grandson.
Survivors include: one son, Herman Flath; two daughters, Patricia Burris of Linton, and Terry Smith (Tom) of Dugger; six grandchildren, Denise York (Jeremy), Pamela Davidson (Mark), Tonya Wasnidge (Blake), Brandon Flath (Samantha), Amber McAtee (Brian), and Tara Sammis (Dylan); 12 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m., Monday, Jan. 7at Newkirk's Funeral Home in Dugger. Interment will follow in Mt. Moriah Cemetery located in Carlisle, Ind.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 11 a.m. until service time on Monday.
