* Jan. 4 -- Damond W. Roark, Jr., 19, Bicknell, was arrested on a warrant issued for preliminary charges of theft, a class D felony, criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor, and burglary, a class C felony. Bond was set at $14,500. He was released the same day after posting 10 percent or $1,450.

* Jan. 4 -- Joanna Kaye Squire, 43, Dugger, was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine, a class D felony, and driving while suspended with a prior conviction, a class A misdemeanor, and was being held without bond.

* Jan. 4 -- Elizabeth D. Lange, 42, Bloomfield, was arrested on preliminary charges of two counts of possession of a controlled substance-subterfuge, class D felonies, and was being held without bond.

* Jan. 5 -- Terry J. Swan, 31, no address listed, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a class A misdemeanor. Bond was set at $4,000 and he was released the same day after posting 10 percent or $400.

* Jan. 5 -- Brandi Mikael Booker, 29, Jewett, Texas, was arrested on a warrant issued for preliminary charges of battery resulting in bodily injury, a class A misdemeanor, and public intoxication, a class B misdemeanor, and was being held without bond.

* Jan. 5 -- Anne Marie Emminger, 20, Bloomfield, was arrested on a warrant issued for preliminary charges of two felony counts of providing obscene matter to a minor. Bond was set at $8,000 and she was released the same day after posting ten percent or $800.

* Jan. 5 -- Gregory Wayne Swiger, 42, Linton, was arrested on a preliminary charge of intimidation. Bond was set at $14,000.

* Jan. 5 -- Kyle David White, 36, Bloomington, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a class A misdemeanor. Bond not listed.
