The area was battered with heavy rain and strong winds overnight Saturday into early Sunday morning.

The rain has caused some flooding, and if you have photos of flooding or storm damage in your area please email the photos to cpruett79@gmail.com . Please include where the photo was taken and any other important information.

Today's forecast calls for much colder temperatures with a high of 35 at noon. By 6 p.m. the temperature is expected to drop to 31 with a possible rain/snow mix until 8 p.m.

Bob Dale of Linton took some pictures of the storm damage at his home across from Humphreys Park. A tree came down on the carport and house with his van under the carport. It also hit a shed bending a couple of the poles and tearing the canvas away causing things inside to get wet and damaged. "It also hit the house just above where I was sleeping but did not come through to the inside," Dale said.

Prepare for more water. White River up here in Noblesville is over the banks. Hwy 19 is closed, many other roads south along the White River are closed also.
