One car was stopped in traffic on the highway, facing east, waiting to turn left into the west side Dollar General store. Another vehicle was traveling east on the highway and failed to stop for the first and hit the vehicle in the rear end. The driver of the vehicle that was hit was using a turn signal but the oncoming driver said she didn't see the vehicle in time to stop. The primary cause of the accident was following too closely.
