Owen Valley continued its winning ways, defeating host Union 64-37 in a non-conference high school boys basketball game at Dugger Saturday night.

Owen Valley, who has won 5 of 6, improved to 7-8.

Union slipped to 0-15, dropping its 20th consecutive game.

Union trailed 18-8 after the first quarter and 29-24 at intermission.

But Owen Valley outscored the hosts 35-13 in the second half.

Evan Wood led the winners with 21 points.

Sterling Langley and Austin Robertson both scored eight points for Union.

The Bulldogs will host North Vermillion Tuesday (tonight) in a make-up game, which was postponed back in December.
