Family expresses gratitude

To the Editor:

The family of Marjorie Kay (Childers) Hamlin would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to those who gave of themselves during her recent illness and passing.

We thank you Dr. Frederick Ridge, Carol Miller, and his wonderful staff, the Greene County EMTs, Greene County General Hopsital ICU staff, respiratory staff, ER staff and any staff member that prayed or comforted Marjorie.

Thank you to Archie Ellett, Josh Dean, Bret Hobbs and Karen Mayfield with the Linton First Christian Church for coming to the hospital to comfort her loved ones, as well as the congregation for all of their support and prayers.

Thank you to the Odon Christian Church Ladies for providing the family with lovely after-internment meal and to the Bloomfield Church of Christ for allowing the family to use the buyilding for the meal and for both congregations' prayers and support.

Thank you to all the staff at Lester Jenkins Funeral Home, to Shawn Buis for officiating at the service, to Kellie Riggleman for making Marjorie even more beautiful than she already was and to all of her family and friends who have offered prayers, support and meals to the family.

Your kindness could never be repaid properly.
