Greene County's need for a magsitrate court won't be filled this year

A bill that would have established a magistrate court in Greene County is dead for this session of the Indiana General Assembly, but Greene Superior Judge Dena Martin told the Greene County Council on Monday that a more organized effort will be made next year to see that the bill is passed.
