NWS: Hot humid weekend ahead

National Weather Service Brief: Daily thunderstorm chances have returned to the forecast for the weekend as a hot and humid airmass moves into the area. The weekend will be hot and humid with lows in the 70s and highs generally in the 90s. Afternoon heat indices will be near or above 100 so exercise extreme caution from the heat by taking frequent breaks indoors and drinking plenty of water.
