Linton hosts girls basketball shootout

The Linton-Stockton Lady Miners and the White River Valley Lady Wolverines were two of nine teams competing in a varsity-junior varsity girls basketball shootout hosted by Linton Friday.

Brownstown Central, Cloverdale, North Central, North Knox, Northview, South Knox and Washington were the other teams participating.

Teams played against four different opponents Friday morning and afternoon. Games consisted of two 20-minute halves with a running clock.
