Eastern Greene mailers potentially misleading

To the Editor:

Recently a mailer was sent to some areas of Greene County with a picture of the front of the Eastern Greene Elementary/Middle School on it. The mailer suggests an endorsement by Eastern Greene Schools of a candidate. An endorsement was not given, nor should it be suggested. Eastern Greene Schools has not, will not, and cannot endorse any political candidate. We serve all students and families.
