School, organization closings for Wednesday, Jan. 30

• The Greene County Recorder’s office will be closed today.

• The Bloomfield-Eastern Greene County Public Library will be closed Wednesday due to the extremely cold weather.

• The Library will be closed Wednesday, Jan. 30 due to extremely cold temperatures.

• Due to extreme weather conditions, all Pace offices and Head Start/Early Head Start classrooms will be closed on Wednesday, Jan. 30.

• Linton-Stockton Schools will be closed Wednesday, Jan. 30 due to the dangerously low wind chill temperature, and will observe an eLearning Day. Superintendent Kathy Goad said assignments will be ready by 9 a.m. and teachers will be available until 3 p.m.

• Shakamak Schools will be closed Wednesday, Jan. 30.

• Eastern Greene Schools will be closed Wednesday, Jan. 30 due to dangerous wind chill temperatures.

• White River Valley Schools will be closed on Wednesday, Jan. 30 due to extreme temps and windchill.

• Bloomfield School District will be closed on Wednesday, Jan. 30 due to extreme weather conditions.
