On Thursday, Aug. 29, Indiana State Police and the US Marshals Task Force arrested Kevin S. Bonds, 32, of Terre Haute, on an active warrant out of Sullivan County Circuit Court, for the Aug. 23 robbery at Fifth Third Bank in Sullivan.
Bonds was charged with robbery- taking property from another by putting someone in fear, a Level 5 felony.
Sullivan County Sheriff’s staff will be transferring Bonds to the Sullivan County Jail sometime next week.
Investigating agencies credit the public for numerous tips received during the investigation which allowed Bonds to be identified as the suspect.
