JPD arrests man accused of robbing liquor store

The Jasonville Police Department announced they arrested a man accused of robbing a Jasonville liquor store.

"Officers from the Jasonville Police Department arrested a suspect in connection to the robbery that occurred on Thursday, March 5 around 10 p.m. at the Jasonville Liquor Store, in Jasonville," JPD announced on Facebook.

"Kenneth Wade, 34, of Jasonville, was taken into custody by Jasonville Assistant Chief Andrew Duguay and Patrolman Seth Reese at approximately 10:10 p.m. He was booked into the Greene County Jail, where he is charged with robbery, a level 5 felony."

JPD said the investigation is ongoing and Jasonville Police are asking anyone that has information about this case to please contact the Jasonville Police Department at 812-665-2694 or Crime Stoppers at 812-847-5463.

The Jasonville Police Department was assisted by Officers from the Linton Police Department.
