STATEHOUSE -- Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb announced that schools throughout the state will remain closed until May 1 during a media briefing Thursday afternoon.

He made the announcement during a media briefing at the Statehouse as part of the steps the state is taking to slow the spread of COVID-19.

Previously, Greene County Schools had planned to close and utilize eLearning capabilities through April 3.
