Stockton Township closes doors, still offering assistance

Stockton Township Trustee Donna Smith announced that while the office is closed, the trustee’s office will continue offering services.

“Due to the coronavirus, the Trustee Office will be closed to walk-ins. We will be in the office the same hours Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to noon,” Smith announced.

New applications will be taken over the phone by calling 812-847-4208..

“If you have an existing application on file, we will not be updating them until after the health crisis is over. Please call during office hours and leave your name and phone number and we will return your call as soon as possible. We will give you instructs and times to pick up vouchers or how to process new applications.”

Smith asked for patience during this difficult time.

“Please understand we realize what a difficult and trying time this is going to be. We want to help everyone as much as we possibly can, and make it safe and easy.”
