Covid update; Greene County turns red

Greene County is now among the many states throughout Indiana to be labeled as red in county metrics. Greene County's seven-day positivity rating is 15.58%.

• VIGO - 9,734 positive cases among the 45,226 tested, with 162 deaths.

• GREENE - 2,068 positive cases among the 11,039 tested, with 58 deaths.

• PUTNAM - 2,583 positive cases among the 13,634 tested, with 41 deaths.

• CLAY - 1,961 positive cases among the 9,340 tested, with 32 deaths.

• SULLIVAN - 1,755 positive cases among the 7,482 tested, with 30 deaths.

• OWEN - 1,430 positive cases among the 8,930 tested, with 32 deaths.

• PARKE - 1,209 positive cases among the 5,640 tested, with eight deaths.

• VERMILLION - 1,316 positive cases among the 5,949 tested, with 32 deaths.

The ISDH reports 539,229 positive cases among the 6.7 million Indiana residents, with 5,894,505 residents tested, and 8,371 deaths reported.
