Wanda K. Wells

Wanda K. Wells, age 82, of Worthington passed away on Sunday, February 12, 2023, with her family by her side. She was born on December 28, 1940, the daughter of Donald Booe and Vallie M. (Mcguines) Frank.

Wanda retired from the United State Postal Service in Worthington and served as the Postmaster for several years. She attended the Church of Christ in Worthington. Above all, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her daughters, Cynthia D. Green (Dennis) of Worthington and Jayme L. Arthur (Michael); grandchildren, Dustin (Lindsay) Green, Corey (Sara) Green, Zackery Dabbs (Josh Prim), Jessie (Eric) Myers, Ashley (Scott) Sutton, Clayton (Nes) Farris and Taylor (Ben) McFarland; great-grandchildren, Whitney Green, Morgan Green, Haylee Green, Malachi Green, Isaiah Green, Colt Myers, Clayton Yake, Ruby McFarland, Elijah Green, Reese Myers, Teddy Farris, Amelia McFarland, Kora Sutton, Jack McFarland and Clifford Farris; great-great-grandson, Dexter York and sister, Jennifer Buell (Pat) of Clay City.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James C. Wells; daughter, Catherine

“Diane” Dabbs; brothers, Charles Booe and Joe Booe and sister, Karen Cooprider.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m., Thursday, February 16, 2023, at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home in Worthington.
