Vicki Lynn (Rich) Rose, 64, of Linton left us May 31, 2024 to be with her loved ones she missed so much. She was in Greene County General Hospital at Linton.

She was born July 29, 1959 in Sullivan to Harold Rich and Deloris (Brady) Rich.

Survivors include her children, Stephen “Bub” Rich (Melissa Stanifer) of Linton and Ladonna “Nicki” Flores (Martin) of Jasonville; granddaughters, Francisca “Quica” Flores (Kristy Malone) of Robinson, Ill., Randi Flores of Indianapolis, Elena “Rosi” Flores of Indianapolis and Penny Jo Rose; grandsons, Tobias Flores of Indianapolis, Isaac Oliver (Morgan Sargolini), Vincent Rich, Stephen Rich of Linton, Tanner Trusty and Aryan Rose; great-grandsons, Eli Cummins Jr. and Ezra Oliver; brother, Randall Rich of Jasonville and aunt, Ladonna Brady of Jasonville.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Ray Gene Rose; granddaughter, Paris Jean Rose; sister, Terri Brady and husband, Raymond Rose.

Vicki graduated from Shakamak Jr./Sr. High School in the class of 1977. She married Raymond Rose and they had three children. Vicki was employed at Keller’s and Sunbeam outdoor furniture in Linton for several years. She also proudly served as the secretary for the union at Sunbeam until the plant shut down. She worked at the Carhartt Factory and then for several years at North American Latex. Vicki enjoyed music, camping, bingo, crocheting and horseback riding.

Arrangements are entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Cox Funeral Home; 218 South Meridian Street in Jasonville. Visitation is scheduled from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, June 6, 2024 at the funeral home. Services are immediately following at 3 p.m. with Pastor Paul Myers officiating. In keeping with Vicki’s wishes, cremation will be scheduled following services.

Interment will be at K of P Cemetery in Hymera at a later date.
