A reminder to our Chamber members that our End of the Year Celebration will be Tuesday, November 17 at J SEVEN Sports Grille from 6:30 -- 8:30 p.m. Cost is $12.00 per person. We will be offering appetizers and a cash bar will be available. This is always a great evening to socialize with our fellow Chamber members. If you plan to attend and have not yet provided your RSVP, please do so soon. In addition to the appetizers provided by J SEVEN's, we will be offering cupcakes from our new Chamber member, Totally Whipped Cupcakery.
Our Annual Dinner is scheduled for Thursday, January 21, 2016, at the Linton Elks Lodge #866. The doors will open at 6 p.m. and dinner will be at 6:30 p.m. followed by our awards presentation. We have great entertainment lined up for this year's program. In addition to recognizing our Member and Business of the Year, we have booked Magician/Comedian Daniel Lusk to entertain you for the evening. Mark your calendars; you won't want to miss this fun time. This event is open to the public.

World Finance Company, located in the Linton Shopping Plaza, is open Monday through Friday and offer a small personal loans and personal tax preparations.
Santa is scheduled to arrive in his downtown Santa House on Friday, November 27 from 5-7 p.m. He will be back in his downtown location on Tuesday, December 2 from 6-8 p.m. Santa's schedule will be posted in front of his house for the balance of this holiday season. We want to thank State Farm Insurance, Tracy D. Keen, Greene County Daily World and Greene County General Hospital for sponsoring Santa this year.
As the holiday season approaches, we want to remind everyone to remember our local retailers and service providers as you do your holiday shopping. These local merchants are the folks sponsoring and supporting our local summer youth athletics, school programs and community events. They give back to our community financially and with their time. Let's remember to support them. We urge everyone to shop local this holiday season and every day.
