“Christmas is a tonic for our souls. It moves us to think of others rather than of ourselves. It directs our thoughts to giving.” -B.C. Forbes
Merry Christmas from all of us here at Generations. May you holiday be filled with the spirit of the season!

CDC FLU SEASON FACT OF THE WEEK
FACT: While flu vaccine can vary in how well it works, vaccination is the best way to prevent flu and its potentially serious complications. Flu vaccination has been shown to reduce the risk of flu illness and more serious flu outcomes that can result in hospitalization or even death in older people. While some people who get vaccinated may still get sick, flu vaccination has been shown in several studies to reduce the severity of illness in those people. Flu shots have a good safety record and do not cause flu.
