Bloomfield Chamber of Commerce scarecrow contest

The Scarecrow contest, which Chamber President Joe Medina said was the brainchild of Chamber officer Tasha Hudson, has been a rousing success in Bloomfield, with scarecrows from some Bloomfield businesses decorating the grounds of the courthouse and others displayed outside the front doors of their creators on the square.
