WRV 10th Annual Stephen P. Campbell Alumni Banquet

White River Valley High School held the tenth annual Stephen P. Campbell Alumni Academic Honors Alumni Banquet on Friday at WRV High School. The banquet is held in honor of the late Stephen P. Campbell, who served the WRV community and its students for 41 years as a teacher, coach, principal and superintendent. Campbell was presented the Sagamore of the Wabash Award in 2004 by the Governor of Indiana and, also in 2004, was given the Bell Ringer Award by the Department of Education. Campbell dedicated his life to education and to his students. Four Positive Alumni Successes are honored each year, one each from L&M High School, Switz City Central High School, Worthington-Jefferson High School and White River Valley High School. Those selected to be honored are alumni who have distinguished themselves in their professional pursuits or have had a tremendous impact on the community.
